Your obnoxious driver is rude and beeped excessively. There is no professionalism, just a driver with road rage, acting like a 16-year-old who just got his license. The driver did not reflect the high quality, luxury brand I thought Bravas to be.

I consider myself to be an audiophile (stereo nut). Meaning that I have a very high end stereo upstairs in the man cave. So, when I discussed an outdoor SONOS system for the outdoor pool, I was a bit skeptical about the potential sound quality. Well, quite frankly, I am blown away with the sound quality and coverage. The 8 outdoor speakers around the pool and 2 buried 12 inch sub woofers (the pool is 24 feet by 36 feet) are outstanding. eStream, Caleb Rydbeck and his army of technicians, installers and diggers of holes (burying two 12 inch sub woofers is a lot of work) have provided excellent advice, expert installation, equipment setup and product support after the sale. I am technological idiot as far as computers & ipods go; so when I do have an issue, they call me back and fix it.

Our agreement with Bravas was for over $100K. We purchased a new Savant System with Savant Pro-Host, several TVs, Security cameras, access points and new wiring. We integrated our Lutron Lighting, Somfy shades, Pentair Pool system, garage and gate controls. In addition to the main components, we purchased all the support equipment you need for the system. (Smart home set up). What we got was a non-functioning system with endless problems. Bravas initially scheduled our install in 2 day increments, over several weeks. Due to life and work, we pushed it out a month and scheduled the days together. In order to get the install completed we accommodated their schedule but they still struggled to get the tasks completed. They would work for 5 days, then return for 1 at a time, with as much as 2 weeks in between work dates. It was the first time a contractor wouldn’t work, consistently on a job, to get it completed. We sent detailed emails with lists of uncompleted tasks, notes on what devices were not working correctly and what equipment was still missing. The one thing they never failed to do, was send me invoices, emails, texts, and various requests for the balance of my total. Despite the sloppy work, missing equipment, and incomplete tasks they wanted the balance paid in FULL. When reviewing the contract, I noticed they added an upgrade, that I did NOT approve. However, my electronic signature - from our original agreement was at the bottom of the invoice they were sending me. Adjusting an invoice with my signature from a previously signed document, to make it look like I agreed to upgrades, is unreal. I have never dealt with a company or contractor who so brazenly tried to manipulate the contract. I have found someone to correct their mistakes, am working for a resolution from their demand letter and will not make this mistake twice!

My wife & I are pleased to give a stellar review of the work eStream Digital performed over the course of building our home. First, they came in after the initial AV contractor had to be replaced due to our total lack of satisfaction & confidence. Working with Caleb, Michael, & Christina, they got us through a difficult time with our new home. They have continued to stay connected and have seen every issue through to a satisfactory conclusion. They are very knowledgeable and professional ..... and they stand behind their work!

Bravas was a part of building my home 5 years ago and has serviced all our issues/additions to our AV system. Kudos to Henry, who set up our home and knows it inside and out—he is awesome. Drake has come up with solutions that no one else could figure out. And Bradley, responds to my questions even in the early morning! Haylee, who is the first one I usually talk to to set up a service call is kind, listens to me fully, and gets back to me ASAP with an appointment. Great company!

I will definitely use eStream Digital again and feel very comfortable recommending them to friends. On the initial home visit, Caleb was very good at asking questions to gain an understanding of what I hope to achieve. He would ask questions like, if we take this approach, will it meet you goals? And then tailored an excellent solution. I was very impressed. The installers arrived on time and worked extremely hard to get the project finished, though it meant staying late and still having one more service call to make that day. I am very impressed with the finished product and the eStream Digital team.

The entire eStream team are amazing! First meet Caleb as the house was being built, he spent a lot of up front time helping with choices, best options and coordination with the builders AV contractor who was responsible for low voltage and security wiring in the new house. With all the planning and support for that contractor, it turned out wrong and eStream had to re-wire the whole house. They never missed a beat. They are elite, the best of the best, we trusted them from the beginning and they have never let us down. It was a big job and they treated us as if we were their only client. We’ve had a few issues that came up and they have always been on top of it. I would recommend them for all types of work, small or large jobs, you cannot and will not go wrong. You gave us a fantastic automated Control4 home that we love every day! Thank you, Caleb, Michael, Alexis, Dallas and Christina.

I can’t believe we have a movie theater in our own home thanks to the great work of Audio Video Innovations. They pride themselves in providing their customers with quality products at competitive prices and they proved it in our family’s media room. Audio Video Innovations has top-notch customer service. Installation was quick, practically in and out in no time, leaving us to enjoy our media room within hours. The entire time they were focused and attentive to every detail ensuring settings were adjusted to the exact specification to give us a crystal clear image and a sound that is felt deep to soul. They even stayed a few extra minutes to give us a thorough tutorial of all the different options and Savant equipment settings and didn’t leave until we felt comfortable working the equipment ourselves.
