We used Boyle for a thorough inspection including sewer scope since we've had experience with tree root damage and decay in pipes. It's best to know up front so you can budget repairs or ask for allowances. That little extra money saves a lot of money, time and frustration down the road.

Update: after moving into my home, several things were missed that should’ve been caught before buying. The issues were very easy to see.

I called and the setup was easy, they were out within the week. I looked at a home and thought that it was good to go but they were very thorough and found issues I would have never known about. Very much worth the cost and would rely on them in the future. I also have had a good experience when I have other questions my calls get answered very quickly if they’re available and are happy to help
