Super nice people! The employee Sal helped me get a virus off of my computer, and was very patient and kind. Took me 10 minutes and as a college student with a test today, having a helpful hand and quick help was relieving. If you need help with viruses or anything of the kind, this is definitely the place to go!

Super helpful and fast! Sal was friendly and kind, and he was able to help me over the phone in a fraction of the time I had already spent troubleshooting on my own. I got a solution to my PC hardware issue not only on the same day, but in the same hour. I was going to drop my computer off somewhere to get it looked at, but I called Boulder Tech Support first and I am so glad I did. I wish everything in life could be this smooth & easy. Highly, highly reccomend!

Sal is an absolute gem! He dropped everything to help me when my computer "crashed," got everything back up and running, and did it all remotely---all while "talking me off the ledge" and assuring me that everything would be okay. He's highly skilled, a good communicator, and a really good person. He has a customer for life!
