The team I worked with from David the consultant was superb, patient and informative. Dr Cohen was very reassuring and have a very calming personality that made me know I was in good hands and I need not to worry. It worked and my anxieties were deminished. The team of professionals that worked on me during the procedure assets to Bosley, very caring, reassuring and true professionals.

Wow what a positive experience at Bosley!! I met with David Shultz the senior Counselor. His attention to detail and professionalism was in keeping with the highest standards and reflects great credit upon himself and the Bosley corporation. Great team of people during the procedure. All very attentive and accomodating to bathroom breaks and any discomfort. Surprising quick day. Very happy from start to end. Having hi hopes for the healing and regrowth. Would definitely recommend bosely to friends or family.

I arrived on the morning of 01/15/2025 for a 1500 FUE on the front proportion of my head. I started to notice my receding hairline when I was in 7th grade. Overtime it had gotten aggressively worse and my overall confidence and appearance was diminishing . I had finally made the decision to seek professional help and consulted with Jay out of the Allentown office about my options and scheduled a hair transplant. The month leading up to it I was definitely nervous of what to expect. As soon as I walked into the New York Bosely office I was greeted by Dr. COHEN and I felt an immediate sense of relief in the way he spoke to me. I subsequently met the rest of the team including PA Mike, MA Latisha, MA Shenaz, and MA Desiree who all made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable throughout the day. All staff members treated me with kindness, compassion, and held a very high sense of professionalism throughout the day answering any questions I had to ask. Before I got home from my procedure Dr. COHEN had already reached out to me to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions providing me with his contact info. My experience with the Bosely New York team was extremely positive and I am looking forward to embarking on this journey of regaining my confidence, appearance, and overall happiness. I had my procedure yesterday at the NYC office so I can't comment on how successful it will be, but the actual experience was flawless. Everyone was friendly, kind, helpful and concerned for my comfort. If you are nervous, you don't need to be. It didn't hurt, and I have not even needed Tylenol today. I may have some expected swelling later in the week, but this will quickly subside. Go for it!
