Tons of traffic isn't always bad. Over the past year, I've watched people walking in and out of Bornstein's Tax Services, many with flowers, donuts, coffee, and leaving looking satisfied. I wanted a piece of that pie (service). Made an appointment and was helped on time, greeting by Anita with friendliness and promptness. Appreciated the team work they had in place, like a well-oiled machine, I met Rebeca right away. What makes a good business? Those that put the people first. And Rebeca and Anita did just that. It wasn't a chop-chop event but a lovely warming up before getting to business. Rebeca is "quick" - let me tell you. I was done in 30-40 minutes. David is a wiz and KNOWS the latest IRS ins and outs, where the cruxes are and how to overcome them. He is BRILLIANT and quick. You not only get a TEAM, you get their superpowers. Had all my tax forms printed, properly guided through the signature parts....I'm just absolutely stunned with the personality of the service; from the people, for the people. Like the village we need in this crazy bureaucracy. Super reasonable pricing. They got me for life.

every year i trust my taxes to Rebecca and her team. Service and quality is always her priority and thats what makes me proud of her accomplishment. its better than going to H&R or other places that puts you out there for fraud and scams. i totally recommend this place.

WHY do you tell people to claim lower income than they should be or want to? just to "not pay the government".

no one should be going to this lady. she cares nothing for her clients personal life, business, interests, investments or integrity for that matter.
They most especially take advantage of individuals who don't speak English.

Dropped of my papers last week and never heard back from them. Today I called and they had to look for my papers and told me they would call me back. I had to call back to be put on hold again. I said that I would come and pick up my papers, when I got there I had to wait 40 minutes in the parking lot because all three woman went on break together and closed the office! Worst place ever to file taxes.

They do not keep there word they tell you one date they will be done you call them and they tell you they will call you when done i called back a week later still nothing ended up picking up my taxes to file some were else. Also had an appointment at a certin time and waited an extra hour. Have email to proof.
