I cannot recommend Nina enough. She is truly a gifted artist and an absolute expert in her field. After struggling for years with a botched nose surgery and a gummy smile, I had almost given up hope of finding someone who could help me achieve the results I wanted without making me look artificial or overdone.

Her eye for detail, understanding of facial anatomy, and commitment to natural looking results are unmatched. She has a way of enhancing your features in such a subtle yet transformative way that you still look like yourself. She has taken years off my face.

If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, understands, and delivers, she is the one.

Meh…

I don’t live in the city and didn’t want to get a membership without a test run appointment.

I was bombarded with confirmation texts- I took that as being aggressive but the desk clerk explained it was a system glitch. After harassment about confirming and timeliness, I was 20 mins early. The injectors last appointment ran over 🙃 then she took a walk-in ahead of me. I believe in fairness so of course during my appointment I asked why. She said it was coded that I was getting a “full face of Botox” and “ full lip injection” which would take longer than the other. This is wild because I don’t need a full face of Botox and… Tbh, excuse my language but idgaf. My appointment wasn’t for that and y’all confirmed my appointment over 3 times.

Beyond that she was scraping the bottom of the vile to inject me. I don’t believe there was 1 unit (edit: not cc apologies) in the bottle. The injector literally used a pliers and turned the bottle upside down to get whatever was left. If could be 1 UNIT but I truly doubt it was. Tomorrow is my 5th day post injection and there’s no difference.

So, no change, incorrect coding and system errors led to this review.

Wow Just amazing service and injections done ! Kandis did wonders on my face , I’ve been getting Botox for 10 years and never received such results ever before . I will be referring friends and coming back for some more work soon ! Thank you Team Hells Kitchen !

I got a micro peel here two weeks ago and my skin totally broke out all over in tiny little bumps/acne. I’ve never had a break out like this before. Not sure why they used a retinal after a chemical peel, and not sure if that’s what caused my skin to severely react. I’ve requested a list of products that was used on my face and they still cannot send me a list. It’s very frustrating because I’m not seeing a dermatologist and it’s hard to identify what went wrong if I don’t know exactly what was used on my skin. The lack of transparency is really unfortunate.

Nina is an amazing dermatologist! She made me feel like her top priority and her Skin exosome treatments worked wonders. My skin is smoother, tighter, and my fine lines have reduced and a more plump face.

My second time getting injected here and can’t recommend them enough. Because this isn’t my first time going through this process I didn’t require additional prep conversations which I was fine with. Russ was my injector and was amazing and made the process painless. Within a few hours any swelling/initial after reactions dissipated and my results are turning out really nicely. Don’t go here if you want someone to walk you through every single step. They’re quick but efficient and skilled and straight forward 🙂

Update 12/8/2024

Ending my membership after coming in monthly for more than 3 years. I’ve never had any issues making appointments by phone until a couple of days ago. My interaction with Denise was very unpleasant. Then, after coming in I was told that the manager did not approve my appointment. The facialists and the regular receptionist have been really wonderful. I’ve only received awful treatment from the white employees at this place.

Scheduled a facial but the woman at the front desk was weird and not friendly. I still bought their 3-session facial package deal but this place is a little judgmental.

Update…

So, I’m now a regular here and I love going to Cesar for my monthly facials. He’s excellent. I used to have a different woman (Asian) before but she left last year. She’s actually the reason why I got their membership. Also, the woman at the front desk now is different than the rude one from my first experience at the clinic. She’s really sweet and helpful. She also has the best glowing skin I’ve ever seen so she’s a walking/living advertisement.

Terrible service, I had a new person taking care of me and it was terrible, told me to wait 2 weeks for results, never got any results and when i come back they said after 2 weeks no retouch and suggest more. I been coming here for long time never had an issue until today. Never again!
