This was such an amazing appointment. Rebecca Martin was very thorough in both listening to me explain my experiences as well as answering most of my questions before i got to even ask them! I learned so much about what my body has been going through and a lot of things made sense after this appointment. Unethical and Unhelpful Experience with Blue Sleep

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Blue Sleep. They have diagnosed me with sleep-related medical conditions that are significantly impacting my ability to work, leading to serious consequences, including being required to take leave from my job. However, despite being the ones responsible for diagnosing my condition, they refuse to fill out the necessary paperwork for my leave. They won't tell me the reason why they can't fill it out either.

Instead, they keep deflecting responsibility, telling me to ask my psychiatrist to handle the documentation—when my psychiatrist is not the one diagnosing me with these sleep disorders. This lack of accountability has put me in an impossible situation, leaving me without the proper medical support I need to manage my work and health and could eventually lead to job termination.

A medical provider should stand by their diagnoses and assist patients in receiving the accommodations they require. Blue Sleep’s refusal to do so feels irresponsible and unprofessional. If they are not willing to support patients through the consequences of the conditions they diagnose, they should reconsider their approach to patient care.

I strongly caution anyone considering their services—if you need real medical support, look elsewhere.

So it’s been a year since I am using so-called mouth piece. Since the first day and till now I feel extreme pain every day after I wake up. I follow all the instructions and yet I feel the pain throughout the day. I had set of 4 different Upper and lower appliances. I had 2 adjustment calls and they sent me 2 extra pieces. All I can tell you is that this Blue sleep cap DOES NOT WORK! Unless you like to snore AND feel pain in the morning!
I spent over $2000 on this device(s) including extra appointments for adjustments!
The reason why I decided to leave review is because they keep calling me and suggest to schedule another $150 appointment for re-re-re adjustment!

On the recommendation of a friend who had a great experience with BlueSleep, I made an appointment for sleep issues I'd been having for a number of months. The website was easy to navigate, sign-up was straightforward, and a video appointment was available within a day or two. BlueSleep made sure I kept my appointment via texts and email reminders.

Claudia, the medical professional I met with, was down-to-earth, practical, empathetic. After going through my medical and sleep history, we discussed contributory factors to poor sleep. She gave me easy-to-stick-with tips for getting a better night's rest, including recommending OTC supplements to promote sleep, all of which have helped tremendously.

In addition, she had BlueSleep send a Bluetooth pulse oximeter to monitor my sleep for 1 or 2 nights. It was easy to set up and use, was comfortable to wear.

At my follow-up appointment with Claudia (2 weeks after my initial video visit), results of the sleep test were discussed, as well as further recommendations and follow-up appointments.

My experience with BlueSleep, and Claudia in particular, was very positive. I'm really happy that I went to them for help. My sleep has improved, and I feel I'm a functioning person again!

Wow! I cannot express my gratitude to Blue Sleep and Candace Johnson for helping to diagnosed my sleep apnea. From start to finish she explained the process and it was one night if wearing a device on my finger. Next morning I uploaded it to them. She called with my results and I was not surprised by the results but hopeful. Hopeful that my quality of life will be better. I won't be so fatigued I can't function. It will be so wonderful to have a good night's sleep. Blue Sleep has given me hope. Thanknyou from my heart and zinhope tgere is a way to tell others of my progress. 8 months into wearing this device and it has changed my sleep behavior in a major way. No longer snoring, gasping in my sleep, and keeping my spouse awake at night. My afternoon tiredness has gone away and most importantly my signs of early hypertension has gone away (as per my primary physician), blood pressure back to normal. Just being able to do this without the inconvenience of a c-pap machine is life changing, especially since i travel often.

Service wise, they are on top of everything. Excellent communication and follow up, and they make the process for fitting the device and setting you up seemless (love the telehealth options).

I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering from apnea. It is a much easier route than other options and has worked tremendously.
