I had a great experience at this shop! I stopped by because my right rear tire was losing air, and the team was quick to help me out. Jay, the owner, was very friendly, and his workers were very nice and professional. They found the issue and patched it up for me, and didn’t even charge me! It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and customer service these days. This shop is amazing. I definitely recommend them! They made a customer for life!

Big Brand Tires and Service did an excellent job balancing my wheels—they’re now perfectly balanced and driving feels super smooth. Jay, the service manager, was very professional, kind, and trustworthy. It’s clear he cares about customer satisfaction. The technician, William, was also amazing—so kind and friendly, and he did a fantastic job. He even noticed some of my lug nuts were in bad shape and provided replacements on the spot. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service. I’ll definitely be going back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone needing tires or wheel service!

These men are over there doing God's work for Cars. Phenomenal customer service. Daniel was super polite upon entry. William took care of me and was great. Completed the job and sent me on my way. My experience was unique, due to the nature of the issue. I was helped by a service advisor immediately. My service advisor Daniel, was clearly very capable, good at his job, and was able to resolve the issue with my insurance carrier right away. He provided me with the updated/revised repair info, got me new confirmation with the dealer, and I was on my way within 20min.

Stopped in to have a flat fixed. Got taken care of right away. The tech repaired my tire, removed my spare, replaced it with the fixed tire, all in about 15 minutes. NO CHARGE. I tipped the tech $10 (apologies for not remembering his name) and was on my way.
