Your site is user friendly and very easy to bid. When picking up my vehicle/trailer, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought there was going to be problems in trying to get the trailer registered, due to facts unforeseen. But.....Bid Fast and Last employee, Amy, was extremely helpful and dealt with the problems, which made the registration very easy for me.

Can find some interesting things and some needed things. Staff is great but they do mess up once in awhile such as charging my card when I wanted to pay cash and save the fee's. But overall my experiance with Bid Fast and Last has been possitive.

Sold me an 18,252 car with no title, after spending $2,000 on it and 100 days later with no title, they picked the car up, gave me a check for $18,252 I lost $2,000, $500 in shipping $1,500 in repairs!
These people are not as they seem, they screw everyone, if you buy
B E W A R E of their cheating tactics, don’t believe me check with Allied Bank of California!!

Don’t let them file your registration for you. They charged me 60.00 got my name spelled wrong onto DMV paperwork. No refund but I get to spend the day at the DMV trying to fix their mistake.

Staff is friendly. Went to pick up at the Perris location on 2 different occasions, 1st time for small stuff, 2nd time for larger items, just be prepared to have help with your large items.

This was my first online auction. My items were well into late evening but I still was a winner! Pick up was so organized and staff very pleasant. Can't wait to try again.
Just a reminder: the 15% buyer fee and credit card fee is well explained on the site. I didn't even factor in tax, unsure why I didn't think of it, my fault. My total fees were close to $100.
