Evelyn Shaw is a Discharge Nurse and is awesome at communication. She offered excellent advice and suggestions upon my Father’s discharge. She is prompt to respond to calls. She is also very thoughtful, courteous and professional. I appreciate her care and going the extra mile to ensure the discharge went well. I want to thank her for her knowledge, skills and attitude. My dad experienced a great stay at this facility! Giving thanks to everyone!

The employee April is very rude and does not care about patients. The behavior of the entire office staff at Behavioral Health Consultants is unacceptable. My husband passed away recently. I was very distraught and depressed. I saw a counselor and requested to see a psychiatrist for medications. What occurred at Behavioral Health Consultants made me more stressed.

Twice, I left the office manager voicemail messages. She never returned my calls. I called back only to have staff members not answer the phone when they saw my phone number. When someone finally answered, she would pick up and hang the phone up quickly. This occurred 4 times.

When people are ill or not feeling well, the last thing a person wants or needs to do is play games with the staff at their doctor's office. My medication was delayed because of the staff's actions.

I needed support through the grieving process. I have never experienced so much unprofessional behavior by the office staff at any doctor's office in my 49 years of receiving healthcare. The behavior of the office staff at Behavioral Health Consultants is unhealthy for its clients, and it is unacceptable to me; therefore, I will not condone it. The office staff should also be receiving counseling.

I love the Doctor. BUT...no one answers the phones here...they don't respond to email...They call when they want to contact you. Which may not be a problem for some. The Doctor is very nice, and professional, but for some reason can never talk with their staff unless they call me, and I answer. Otherwise it's phone tag to reschedule an appointment. I also have to call in a few days before one of my prescriptions is due to fill, which is a hassle. I leave a message. Shouldn't they just submit it the same time every month? I will be having an in-person appointment soon, and will get to see someone(s) in person 🙂

This office is the most unhelpful and rude people. You would think working for mental healths, a little bit more passion or patience. I am now out of meds because they filed the wrong insurance information and didn't tell me till months later I called insurance company and 2 of the claims they said were denied due to 2 insurance companies I only have one. They didn't do their job and drop the old one Now the new insurance they haven't filed (per insurance) and yet want me to pay the invoices They DO NOT care of the mental health if their patients and they have put me in a bad bad place. I have emailed texted and left voice mails and nothingZ
I need to talk to Dr Rubashkin himself because people that work there are worthless and do NOT care

My daughter was an established patient at this location until today. She is having a severe mental breakdown and called this office for an emergency appointment. The staff were at lunch and the answering service told her that a breakdown doesn't constitute as an emergency appointment. WOW!! I do NOT recommend this office to anyone who honestly cares about their mental health. After years, I've discovered that Bernadette Williams isn't even a psychiatrist but a nurse practitioner. I recommend doing research before making any appointments with this clinic.

My daughter sees Bernadette Williams and is finally at a close to perfect mental health level. She has suffered for many years with bipolar disorder. The medication regulation took time as do many things in life yet I'm impressed by this doctors care. However, the office staff is HORRIBLE!! My daughter has spoken numerous times to the lady who is the first individual one sees upon entering this office and is greatly disrespectful. She charges for items that don't require payment. She lies about who she has consulted with on issues that HR should handle. She has told my daughter that she ignores her phone calls due to caller ID and that she "just doesn't like her". I have audio recordings on certain instances. My daughter uses speaker phone on every single call to this office. It is utterly ridiculous that this lady has a job in mental health when she clearly uses a mental disorder against patients. I'm disgusted by the harassment and defamation of character displayed. ****The doctor is magnificent!!! The front desk receptionist should be FIRED!!!!!!!!!

I agree the staff is very rude they are no compassion whatever. I had a very unpleasant experience with April she’s very nasty! On the phone and in person. I call a number of times concerning my son’s refills, because they were not sent Electronically to Walgreens. He missed his meds for a week. They are just responding to my call 6/25/2019 I was told the Dr. will not refill his order until his visit. Not only that we always wait over thirty minutes for appointment visits. They act like their paying us to visit the Dr.
