Terrible experience with Michelle.
It took her over a month to file an amendment. She never reached out to update me on anything, and I only got info if I was able to get in touch with her.
I have asked multiple questions regarding my business, she sees the message and ignores it.
I would absolutely not recommend using her for filing taxes.

If I could give negative stars I would!!!
After having an issue with verification I reached out to Michelle for resubmission. Because I had already reviewed her company she told me that she was unwilling to help me unless I took this review down.
For a business owner to have this kind of morals doesnt sit well with me. Holding my taxes over my head to essentially threaten me to remove an honest review is alarming.
I will now be paying another company to file this amendment AGAIN and keep this review up.
I hope this helps someone in making their decision about whether or not to hire Michelle to handle their finances - because I wouldnt had I known something like this.
If you are willing to bribe someone in order to remove a review to look better on paper you are not ethically sound.
