I am reviewing their photo restoration services. I gave them a box of tattered photos - truly so tattered I was worried they wouldn’t be able to do anything, and they gave me a piece of my family history! The process took about 3.5 weeks and they even finished the job before Christmas so I could gift them to my Mom. I received two prints and also got digital files if I need to reprint. The price was really fair for what they had to do and the work they had to put in. If I have other photos to restore I will most definitely come back here. Staff is cordial and helpful. I checked up on the job a couple of times and they were always helpful and polite. 10/10 experience.

I just wanted to express my appreciation to Bob and Allen. I visited the camera store this morning with a specific camera in mind. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the camera I wanted, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. However, they offered me an even better deal on a different camera, which I couldn’t resist. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back! I’m so grateful for their kindness and expertise.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Bergen County Camera. Harold was an excellent sales representative. The owner was very welcoming to myself and all of the customers. The selection was excellent and the prices were very fair. They helped me pick the best camera and equipment for my needs and I feel very confident about the purchase. The reason for my visit was because I had a bad experience with an online retailer. I would never buy any camera equipment from an online retainer again. It is worth the extra time and modestly extra money to go to BCC to be able to shop with confidence and leave with not only all the right equipment, but also with it fully operational.
