WOW. STAY AWAY! So I own 3 dental offices and was planning to open a medspa. I reached out to Cheryl and her team for help. They were charging a decent amount of money but it seemed like it would be helpful. It was not.

First off, our meetings felt like a waste of time and little was accomplished. I Was not given clear direction, I was not told what menu items to offer and within a few weeks I realized I was better off ending the contract. I was refused a refund and ended up paying for a full 2 months even though I only got minimal benefits.

When we ended the contract, I didn't want to keep working with them so I asked if they could send me documents like SOPs etc. They were not sent and this is the email response I received when I reached out to follow up -

Hi Ben,

I hope everything is going well and you and the team are tracking toward an ontime opening. Following the fulfillment of your request dated June 5th, 2023, no additional information or services are to be requested of Beautiful Forever Consulting; as such I am unable to assist.

Wishing you and the team nothing but the best. Looking forward to our paths crossing again in the future.
