Caring and supportive. You will grow your technical skills and communication skills here. Great for fresh graduates as professionalism is taught and starts at the training phase.

People:

HRs have strong communication skills and are very dependable and efficient. Always on top of things in terms of work-related document requirements. They are there to support you from the training process to the marketing process. They also ensure you have a smooth process to transition to the company and client.

Trainers are strict but very supportive and professional. They are not there to spoon-feed everything but they won't leave you on your own. Their training style helps you to think critically and solve problems on your own as you would do in your work with clients.

Bosses are very involved and help us be successful in our jobs. They are there to give mentorship and guidance as well.

Training Phase:
Their training is one of the best in the consulting industry. Other consulting companies, they don't have the same rigor in training.

At the start of Day 1, they set you up for success. You will go through difficult but relevant advanced and enterprise-level training for Java Full-Stack Development. It includes but is not limited to Java Core, JSP/JSTL, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring Framework, Microservices, JavaScript, Angular, and React.

They will not only train you how to implement code but also think critically about the architecture and design of an application. Also, they give you constant feedback on how to communicate properly like being concise and precise. There are also several opportunities to collaborate on a team project that gives you substantial experience in code collaboration and team communication. Lastly, they regularly assess you on concepts and coding challenges so that every week you have feedback to know on what you need to improve on.

Marketing Phase:
The company has built good relationships with big clients like eBay, Goldman Sachs, AirBnB, Silicon Valley Bank, Paypal, Verison, etc. Even at the marketing phase, your training continues with mock interviews to make sure you are at your best during the real interviews.

The HR here is more involved and supportive here to help streamline the scheduling of the interviews and the process of the onboarding requirements once you land a client.
