Had better offer declined because the pay rate with Bay One was higher , only for them to switch the rate. If you don't have authority to offer rate then don't give one until the client confirms. Now, I will make less because I'm driving farther and more money for gas and for less pay. Recruiter response take it or leave it !! 1.50 less than the original offer!!

Had to keep calling their "recruiter" MD multiple times just to get a response. He never bothered to look at my resume, and after several promises to do so, never followed up with me on the position he originally reached out to me about. Didn't know what he was doing, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

As an employee of over 3 years, I can say I've never felt more appreciated and learned more than I have at BayOne. Terrible company. They got ahold of my email and phone number and now I get spammed daily by their offshore "recruiters" offering absurdly low rates for on-site contracts on the other side of the country. Often the roles aren't even within my field.
