We purchased and owned the Accelerator software over 20 years ago, it was great.
We entered over 20 years of information. Than the change to Baseline connect and IT became Cloud based and a monthly chare went up and up. Since my the usage was reduced, we where promised a rate reduction. Promises where never kept and instead rates went up. After no response etc., we cancel the autopay setup. They cut as off totally ruthless (hijacked) my personal created data. This is big tech bulling and extorsion.
They offer no exit plan. USER BEWARE!
