As others have said on here, incredibly rude staff. They were not helpful and made it abundantly clear they didn't intend to spend any effort in helping me navigate my situation (temporarily lost ID and banking card). I would recommend LITERALLY any other branch.

My firm deposits $70,000 to $100,000 a month. I still can’t get proper customer service. Appointments are made and they don’t follow up. The small business banker does not respond. The bankers are constantly covering the tellers area. It’s a fairly bad environment and I feel bad saying this because one banker is amazing but the rest are pretty bad. I saw one male banker fall asleep at his desk while I was waiting. He didn’t wake up for almost an hour and a half. I don’t trust my money here. I can’t even talk to anyone.

I deposited check into my account and I have not been able to make transactions in my account. They froze my account for two weeks now. No money to get gas I had to borrow money and they keep escalating when ever I call but would tell me to call back in 24 - 48 hours. Worst part is my job just paid another week of check into the same account. I and my wife have been using this bank for a combine 13 years. When will I get my money back? interest on the credit cards and car note I missed because you froze my account and nobody is doing nothing. Calling your help line is also a pain to have someone pick up takes approximately 45-1hr. And keep hearing the same call bavk in 24-48hrs.

This is ridiculous prolly cause am black. And I think I am coming into your headquarters today.

Thanks. for taking the time to review my complaint 8/18/22.
Every year for the past 3 years I have had problems with my escrow . The word actual and current. They don't seem to be telling me anything after I send in the short. I am told there was or will be a review and the explanation and facts don't add up right .example $900. Where was it applied. I paid 620. This year where was the money applied if the mortgage was 558. If shortage is paid. I called and call never explained to me correctly.
When I think I am doing right and by the time the the first morgage payment for the new year is due nothing goes right. I ask over payments be transferred to the Escrow and some how the money is not distributed as asked. I was told there is an area for memo or an area on bill pay for notations. i have not found it yet. Looking at the escrow requirements for each year I feel I have been mislead or lied to. I do not want to go through this again this year. Last year the current was $722. Starting off again this year $722.i feel I am not the only one with this problem. Just like last year, I was expecting a lowing of the morgage it was still increased and still not able to understand were the money has been applied .
There a need to find any money extra be placed in my Escrow to help lower my mortgage. I have sent in mortgage payment and through the hold ordeal I have once again this year after talking to repersentives on the phone as for years is right back to were I started.now I don't have to pay my mortgage until October ,2022. It amazing how that kind of transaction can be immediately calculated to cause havoc again this year.

I opened a checking account last week and as of 05/03, I did not have checks or my debit card yet. I walked in on 05/03 requesting a cashier's check. I politely asked the teller if the $15 fee could be waived since I'm a brand new customer and did not have checks yet. The teller basically didn't even try and said no "they're not going to waive the fee." I cancelled the request and walked another 3 blocks to a different branch. That different branch waived the fee no problem/no questions asked.

I have never been in a bank like this before in my life..the absolute WORSE I have ever seen. Deposited a personal check into my account with my phone on March 24th for $300. They will not release the check until april 3rd..ridiculous..I called on several occasions explaining to them how badly I needed my funds, the representative was telling me to go to the branch and speak with a manager, which was false, they also told me that they would release some of the funds on the 29th..FALSE..I see them holding checks like that if its $3000 or more but $300 is absolute ridiculous.

Made me go totally electronic, to avoid fees. Can't use a teller anymore, plus they are unable to figure out my current balance on my credit card. The teller always quotes the current plus charges that are not due, which makes me pay more than needed to avoid any interest. Good for them , not me! Also the managers are way too picky on documentation for a senior account. We had been with them for over 5 years & they treat us like we are new.

Long-time customer here. Went to deposit a check. Nick Neaton & James Craig jumped into action to help me out tremendously with some banking issues. Both were impeccably professional, competent, and overall exceeded expectations by a huge margin. Banks are not, as a rule, charities, but these two employees went above and beyond; made a very good impression that I wasn't expecting. This bank knows how to keep customers happy, with special hats off to the two banking pros mentioned above.
