Looking to set this up for my company, was wanting to sign up. I had a quick question regarding billing. I called in, a customer service rep was unable to answer me. Did not even want to hear the question, instead stated that I needed to speak with the sales team. I asked to be transferred. Unable to do so, have to do an arranged call only. It is currently Friday morning and the earliest I could ASK A QUESTION was Tuesday afternoon. Not do a whole sales pitch but simply ask a question.
How could I possibly rely on this company for in house HR if I cant even ask a question for 5 days.

Do not use this. I did a one month trial for 9$. Now they charged my credit card over $5000? Disputing it now with my bank so should not be a problem but please to anyone considering, do not use this fraudulent company. I wouldn’t trust this place with my birthday much less credit card numbers.

We had a great experience with Bambee when we first singed up. customer service was very responsive and helpful. However, things have changed and have quickly gone downhill. I was charged for months for add-ons that we never approved. After many calls to CS, I was assured the charges would be fixed and reversed, but over a month later, not only were the charges not reversed, they continued charging me even more.
When I call and ask for a rep, I’m given the same runaround every time. The billing department operates separately from the main customer service team, and if your HR manager isn’t available unless you make an appointment days in advance, no one else can assist. To make matters worse, they claim it takes over 30 days to review a charge, even if it wasn’t authorized.
I chose this company to make my life easier, but it’s been the opposite. I’ve had to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to resolve these issues, and I’m incredibly disappointed. What started as a promising experience has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal with little follow through.

I tried them in 2022. Paid in full. And i didn't renew as I was not happy with the service and went with ADP.
But they continue to charge my AMEX account $3300 that I had used the previous year without my authorization.
I emailed them and they apologized and promised to refund and take care( see attachments) But never did it.
These guys are thieves. Business owners, please do not trust them at all. Call me and I'll give you the full rundown and email you guys proofs if you need.
I'll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for bad business practice.

Our experience with Bambee HR has been nothing short of a nightmare. We committed to a prepaid package, paying for two full years of service upfront, with the expectation that Bambee would provide consistent, reliable HR support. Instead, Bambee has taken our money and disappeared. After a few weeks of sporadic assistance, they completely abandoned us, failing to communicate or deliver any services for over six months. We have been outright ghosted, with zero explanation or follow-up from their team.
This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that claims to support small businesses in need of reliable HR solutions. Attempts to reach customer support have gone unanswered, and it’s clear Bambee has no intention of fulfilling their contractual obligations. They took our money, disrupted our operations, and left us high and dry.
If you’re considering Bambee HR, think twice. This is a company that, based on our experience, cannot be trusted to honor their agreements or deliver on their promises. Avoid the prepaid plans, and frankly, you might want to look elsewhere if you want any assurance of professionalism and commitment.

Please think twice. We had our 1-20 employee package go from $199 - $399. Support for 85% of the time was non existant. Bambee HR claims that they help with HR but I reached out when we had an HR issue, I don't think I ever heard back! I just handled it and kepy going. The only thing I found helpful was they keep files, had videos and let you know when something changed. But then charged us over $400 to "remain compliant" and get "training". On top of the videos they charge a premium for.
After all that that is not why I wrote this review. I am writing it because they told me there was an error with my account and needed to raise my price. Then I asked for a manager to talk about billing and probably cancelling. And they send the cancel instructions. LOL well if you give away customers and help them leave you will eventually close, nobody is to big to fail.

Poor customer services, delayed times with responses and did not provide accurate HR information. I canceled my account because I did not feel that they met my business needs. I had them for a year and they charged me for the 2nd year without my consent. Did not communicate to me when I reached out that I no longer wanted the service instead they billed me for it. Lack of communication, transparency with customers. As you can see from previous reviews they have done this with other customers. The company must be hurting for business. They are scam!

I have an itemized list of over 2 dozen problems that Bambee caused in our HR, payroll, contributions, and deductions over the past 18 months. I prepaid $7,129 for 2 years of service for 2/14/24-2/14/26. The past 6 months of service has been so terrible, to the point that we are now potentially liable for payroll related issues that Bambee caused. I spoke with our account manager on October 15th about issuing a refund and he refused. He assured me that I would receive a call from his manager that day. Here we are 10 days later and I haven't heard one word from Bambee. No call and no email. This is the latest in a long series of failures from Bambee to meet expectations. Attached is an itemized list of the majority of problems we've had with Bambee. What's amazing is that these 2 pages of issues are not all of them we've had in the last 18 months.
Bambee failed massively on payroll, deductions, and contributions. Some of which were never resolved. Our accountant has encouraged us to sue Bambee for the gross negligence in handling those issues because it's now put us in a position of potential liability.
We are seeking a refund for the 17 months of unused prepaid services totally $5,049.
