Very unprofessional people.went with a friend of mine this morning to pick up supplies for a job and the lady gave them all the wrong parts. She then failed to let them know until they were almost to their job which is an hour away from this supply house. When they returned to get the right supplies from her they asked for compensation for the inconvenience and were offered a piece of candy ..so very unprofessional and rude.

Went this morning to pick up a piece drove an hour to job site associate from supply store called me just to let me know she sold me the wrong piece had to drive all the way back 1hr away and asked for a discount or some compensation for the inconvenience she then said a piece of candy. The lady was rude and unprofessional.
