$510 consultation fee paid.

Was told it would be a couple weeks before Mr. Babb could discuss with his partners and follow up.

I followed up 3 weeks later after not hearing from them. A few days later I received an email saying here’s the retainer fee to move forward. I have called and sent multiple emails to better understand what this retainer would cover, how they would plan to move forward, and what those costs could be. 0 response.

They basically took my money and offer no customer service to understand what I would be receiving for more money. I DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend them for a consultation or a case based on their inability to respond or give guidance. Basically feel as though I was stolen from.

We were pleased with both of our experiences with Babb & Bixler, clearing a property title and property purchase in 2018-2019, and title transfer of the same property in 2020. Both Mr. Quattlebaum (who was involved in 2018-2019 and is no longer with B & B) and Ms Garthe in 2020 explained the processes quite well.
