Just had an onboarding meeting/software walk through with Nick. Excellent customer service. He listened, understood my unique use case and was able to highlight features that would be best for me. Other companies focused on their bottom line, trying to sell me on the highest subscription tier and a bulk load of segments/credits. Avachato, however, is customer-focused and provides complete pricing transparency. Looking forward to piloting EchoED's micro-learning curriculum for limited English proficient immigrant/refugee parents of school-aged children, with Avachato as our core platform.
