Was able to work with Ashlynd when having some issues with my internet provider. She was absolutely fantastic! It has been a journey, but thank goodness it's almost at the end! Getting my sister moved and situated here from another state has had problems, but our AVA representative, Cameron Seaman, was a godsend. He remained patient with us while we stressed out. He was extremely on top of all issues that popped up. We have finally cleared the last hurdle, and we will be ever so grateful to Cameron for all his tireless assistance!

Helpful with the moving process until they lied to me about a cheaper internet service not being available to me. Despite constant pushback, I was signed up for something I did not want and now I have to fix this mess. I only knew customer service rep (Ashlynd) lied to me because I did my own research. Do your research before agreeing to this company helping you.
