Atlas is The Best of the Best. Family owned and operated. Don’t be afraid to give the “Little Guy” a shot, they pack a larger punch than the “Big Boys” for a better price. I started calling Atlas the third week in June, they told me to call back in July when they could schedule me with service calls in my area. I called THREE times in July, and they ultimately told me since I didn't have a contract with them, they couldn't schedule me in front of contracted customers, and as of July 9, they would not give me an appointment. I wasted over three weeks hoping to get SCHEDULED for an appointment. Not a good way to do business!
