Was early than scheduled but there was no problem. After signing in, the very nice lady took me to the back to the fingerprint machine. Walked me through the entire fingerprinting process, step by step, and was very patient every time I made a mistake. And the whole thing took like 10-minutes tops. Outstanding customer service!
