Asia is the best nurse! I always felt so comfortable around her. Happy to say we graduated and it's all thanks to the MDs, nurses, and all other staff. Only issue we had was in the beginning with the auth/billing department but it was figured out quickly.

The doctor and staffs here are nice, not the billing department. They are supposed to do the pre-authorization for my exam before sending the bill to my insurance.
They keep giving me the lady name Demi to contact for Labcorp bill, then she said she did take care of it, then forwarded me to Renell, and Renell forwarded me back to the bill department for more than 2 months. Nothing was done. My insurance hasn’t received pre authorization for that procedures, then Labcorp keeps send me the bill.

I’m a new patient and the service so far has been pretty terrible, I don’t think I’d continue here as a patient if it wasn’t covered under my fertility insurance. At my first appointment I was under the impression I would be starting my work up testing - I already had it prior authorized by my insurance and I am on hormonal birth control so there was no medical reason we could not start. This information was provided to the clinic weeks prior to my appointment. The meeting with the doctor was good, she did a good job of explaining things. However, I was told I would need to return in 2 days after I’ve been reached out to by the financial coordinator and the PCC. The financial coordinator sent me a generic message that had a lot of misleading information, told me I need to sign up for my fertility benefit, and that it would take up to 20 days for me to get prior authorization BUT this had already been done. Usually generic messages will say something like “please disregard if you have already completed these steps.” Not sure why I needed to wait for this person to contact me before getting initial work up done. Finally, the PCC reached out to me and told me to message her back 2-3 days before my period (or something similar I can’t remember exactly) has started and she’ll get me scheduled. I told her I’m on birth control and the doctor said I can do the testing now. She said she didn’t see any notes of that in my chart, but then she got me scheduled. When I arrived for testing today, the phlebotomist stuck me a total of four times before finally giving up and telling me I’ll need to go to a different lab. She initially told me she would give me the lab’s information and when I asked for the information as I walked out, the staff’s instructions were just “just go to any labcorp.” Following through on small things (like giving me a phone number) and acknowledging the difficulty can go a long way.

I really am not enjoying the disjointed communication and way that this clinic operates - remote staff that you can only reach through an app and even then they have not taken a thorough review of my chart.

I am so grateful for the amazing care and support I’ve received at Aspire HFI Clear Lake. The entire team has been so kind and really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Best team ever!

Our experience with Dr. Nurudeen has been great thus far. She has been very thorough in walking us through this entire process. She listens to our concerns, is compassionate, and empathic. She is very detailed at explaining our treatment plan and really given us optimal care. She has created a sense of ease for us throughout this entire anxiety-provoking process.

I'm not having the best luck with Aspire. For the first two appointments, they sent me to their MC Herman location. Both times, they sent me a text with the WRONG address. I arrived on time to the wrong clinic and by the time I made it to the accurate location, I was "late".

This time, I have an appointment at the Webster location. I got here an hour early just in case the same incident happened, again. The lights are off and the doors are locked. A girl poked her head out and said "we're at lunch until 1 pm."

I checked their hours, and all I could find is 8am - 5pm. Yet im having to wait in the hallway. All those empty chairs in the "waiting area" must just be for decoration.

The staff here is amazing! All of the nurses are so nice. They’re quick to respond with any questions I had at my appointment or messages I sent. Dr.Witz helped my husband and I get pregnant with our first child. We are so excited!

I've been searching to find a doctor and medical practice that can assist me on my journey to becoming a mom. I had 3 consultations with 3 different doctors from 3 different practices over a six week period, and while I did not choose Dr. Nurudeen I did appreciate the professionalism of her office including the dress and appearance of her staff and the focus on patient care and our experience in her office. I visited her office twice.

Dr. Nurudeen herself was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell she has the genius to perform my procedure, but there were other things I needed that were equally important to me. She did not stand to greet me when I walked in her office. Hopefully, she'll be more consistent with future patients when it comes to that. Additionally, going on this journey can be an emotional toll for many women, and we may require a doctor with a little empathy. A simple gesture of passing your patient a tissue when they get emotional sharing their story goes a long way.
And, lastly, communicating with patients if they are going to be seen by a nurse instead of a doctor. The impression I got from Aspire Facility is that every appointment you are seen by a doctor, and that was very important to me when choosing a medical practice, so if that changes I should've been informed prior to my appointment. However, upon my arrival to my second appointment the staff, was very professional in how they handled that situation once they realized the situation.

All in all, I would recommend Dr. Nurudeen and her practice although I chose another doctor who was better suited for me.
