Absolute terrible service my son has been waiting for an application for a grant for schooling constant delays. They don't care at all...people are struggling and they give no assistance unless it's someone they want to help. It is entirely ridiculous they need remember they are to be serving the people....Assisting them to better themselves and their family..Really need to get our act together..Shame on you ?

Another Casa Grande public service office that has forgotten the population they serve. They have totally forgotten why they exist! My son has been trying to get signed up with Sonya for a program offered...today the school contacted him stating that she wont respond to them either...I've listened to my son complain about the service he's been recieving and thought he was just being anxious but that's not the case. As an ex government employed jobs worker, It's time to get the governor's office on the phone and hold the director accountable for the actions of the managers, supervisors and ultimately the staff!!!! Its a shame it has to result to this...but some leave you no choice.

I went into the location here in casa grande in 2020 they did not offer any assistance on getting me employment or any assistance for anything at all.
I am not sure what the agency is designed to do...not impressed...Maybe I should run the facility so that folks who really need to help will get it. My tax dollars should count for something don't you agree.

Front desk lady has no idea what she is doing. Called ahead before making an hour drive. When we arrived she had no idea what was going on and everyone we came to speak with was out of the office. waste of 2 hrs of driving time.
