During my initial inquiry, the woman who answered was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me with my concerns, she kept circling back to the same response. The lack of professionalism continued throughout our communication, but I guess that’s what I should expect when you hire people who are just there for a paycheck. Not surprising this company has only 2.5 star rating. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service in the future.

On Tuesday May 9th 2013 in the early afternoon my water was shut off for non payment. This happened on Rainbow Lake Drive in Lakeside AZ. My wife and I have owned this home and have had a normal payment history with Arizona water company for over nine years, it will be ten in January. Arizona water company has a good contact number for my wife and I, however no contact was made concerning the unpaid bill. It is my understanding that they will before turning water off at your house knock on the door and leave a door hanging note. They did leave a note however no one knocked on the door. I work from home on my laptop and watch my baby boy so I was home. If they had knocked I would have answered the door and called their automated payment system and paid up right then and there. I did owe them money and I did not know because we have a private mailbox we recently changed our address and did not receive the bill. Anyone with kids knows if you use Diaper rash cream its hard to wash off and if you have a 18 month old baby boy who won't stay still for a diaper change it can get every where. I love my son but there is also a somewhat selfish reason for staying on top of diaper changes and using lots of rash preventing diaper cream, I don't want to deal with a cranky toddler all day everyday because of diaper rash. What on earth does this have to do with the Arizona Water Company? Well as I mentioned I did not find out about the unpaid bill via phone and no one knocked at my door I found out when I couldn't wash my hands after a diaper change with lots of Desitin. Thanks a lot Arizona Water Company.

Been with Arizona Water since 1988. No problems at all. Have had several leaks in the neighborhood which I reported and their response was terrific.

Good quality water. Wish they would automate the meters like most modern water companies with leak alerts. But hey, it’s the mountain.
