I try not to leave negative reviews and give everyone a chance to make things right... but this one just really bothered me at how this was handled. Yancy took in a job and told me he could get it done.... 2 weeks went by and the day he was supposed to deliver the job he called and said he had an emergency and he would deliver the next day... the next day came around and he still was unable to deliver and in the end he was never able to produce the signs. Yancy and I both knew when he took this job in, we were trying to invent something... and I told him if there was an issue along the way to let me know. I'm a sign company and understand things don't always go as planned, but there was no communication along the way.. I was told that pictures of the signs would be sent and they never came, so I was lied to. I can tolerate being late, but I won't tolerate lies.

Used Arizona Architectural Signage Group for an office sign, finished product looks great. Yancy was there for any questions and very helpful. We also used them for install, which went very smoothly and installer, was very clean and quick.
