Eric is amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and can give extremely good directions. He was willing to walk me through troubleshooting in our server room instead of saying someone would just have to come out. I am sure it would have been easier for him to see everything in person, but he video chatted with me so that he could do everything remotely.
