As soon as I walked into this store an employee approached asking if I needed any assistance. I said needed sometime and when I needed assistance a lady approached .. I don’t remember her name but she was very very helpful . Since I was confused about taking a Mac book Air or Mac book Pro . She explained very briefly about the pricing , features & benefits of the product . And she spent good 15 mins explaining everything and comparing the both products . She asked me the purpose of buying the product , if I was traveling often . She was indeed an amazing help . Then she gave me some space to make up my mind for the final decision . I decided to take Mac Book Pro also a Magic Mouse . Then eventually Tim helped me get the one since the lady who was helping me was busy with another customer. I finally walked out with the purchase & thanks to both employees for taking care of my need and understanding the purpose of buying this Mac book pro . I’m really happy .

Worst customer service I've experienced at an Apple store. Was ignored by multiple apple employees, when one finally offered help this manager walked up and interrupted him, looked at me and said "Hold on." They stepped away for a moment and the employee came back and said I would have to wait because there was a line. Meanwhile, there are other Apple employees standing around not helping anyone.

I don't know why I even went into the store, once an Apple employee was allowed to help us, they don't even stock the Mac that I wanted in store. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Run from this Apple Store!!!! They don’t give a damn about their customers.

Bought a new MacBook Air last June 2024. Within 24 hours of it being at home where my office is, I noticed immediately it had numerous crashing problems, including it wouldn’t charge.

I drive the two hour round-trip back to this crappy store. They send it in to be “fixed”. I got it back. Everything was fine for many weeks, then the exact same thing happened to it again – – numerous problems and it wouldn’t charge. That is twice that this laptop was showing itself to be the lemon I bought. I asked for a brand new laptop since clearly the one they sold me was a lemon from the get-go!!. Oh no, they say, it has to be sent back to be fixed again (Which also means everything is wiped off your laptop for the second time)

I got this “fixed” Mac lemon back for the second time. It worked for many weeks again, then I wake up this morning to find it never charged during the night. I make sure to change the cords, change the blocks, plug it into the wall, plug it into a different plug-in and it won’t charge….AGAIN.

I call Apple, and I get the runaround again, proving that Apple doesn’t give a damn about its customers. They tell me to stop going to the 29th St. store that I’ve been to now three times since last June, which is also three times it stopped charging, and to go to another Apple Store WITH NO GAURANTEE (the Apple representative strongly implied that) that the new store will give me a new laptop to replace this lemon which has already failed me three times!!

I need a lawyer now.

Had a great experience with Deb today. Spilled water on my MacBook Pro this morning and sadly it was a goner. Decided to make the hour drive and try my luck as a walk in. Everyone I interacted with was great but Deb helped me make the best decision moving forward. Never fun to have to spend an unexpected $1,000+ on a random Friday but sometimes that’s how the cookie crumbles. I’ll be happy to have my new device this upcoming week. Oh also when I mentioned I had my dog in the car they let me bring him in and he got to sit with me while I waited.

This store manager (Will Last-Name-Unknown) cost his employees commission on a brand new iPhone 16 purchase this evening. He should apologize to them more than he should apologize to me, as he took money out of their pockets with his unprofessional and rude behavior. I was physically shaking after this experience.

When I asked to speak to the manager he informed me he was the manager. When I asked him for his name he would only provide me with his first name. I asked to speak to his manager and he reiterated that he was the manager and there was no one else I could speak to. I pointed out that he reports to someone, and that is who I would like to speak to and he refused to provide that contact. I told him that his behavior cost him a customer and I've since reported this incident to Apple. I've purchased my new phone online and will avoid this store should I need support ever again.

This store deserves all the bad ratings it receives and more. I suggest you go to the Apple store at the Flatirons Mall or any other location than this one.

UPDATE: Spoke with Apple customer support the same evening. Validated the issue I went in for help with is a software issue and NOT a hardware issue. Will and the Genius Bar team tried to sell me new hardware, without guaranteeing a fix. Further underscores I'm done with Genius Bar and their subpar support, just call the phone support line. The staff at the Genius Bar had no clue what they were talking about.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE! My new iPhone 16 pro is less than 45 days old and the screen suddenly became unresponsive. We drove 2 hours to this store for them to tell us that if the screen replacement didn't work, that they would replace the phone. Went back in today to pick up my phone from the "Genius Bar" and my camera is now not functioning and the phone still freezes up. They are refusing to replace the phone saying that we have to take it in again to get the camera replaced when it arrives in their store. My screen protector is now damaged because of them and things are now broken that weren't before they touched it. I have a new phone that does not work and they won't honor the APPLE WARRANTY in store. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE AS THEY WILL DAMAGE IT FURTHER AND NOT HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY!!! Looks like Best Buy will have to fix it under the warranty for me.

Max is the MAN!!! Had a weird issue updating my computer and Max was not only insanely helpful and fixed the problem but was stoked about it the entire time. Very clear this guy loves his job and it made the experience a lot better. 5 STARS FOR MAX. Only reason for 4 stars was a scheduling error where my appointment was "auto-deleted" and i had to wait a bit to see someone (not Max's fault, that guy rules!)

My brother passed away in August, and his many Apple products sat in my basement for several months because I couldn't bring myself to do anything with them. I finally brought them into this store, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. A team gathered and spent two hours checking the many laptops, iPads, and other devices to see if they could be unlocked, restored, swapped for trade-in value, and/or recycled. Matt, Maneh, Meghan, Augie, Annalise, and others were wonderful and supportive, and made a crummy task feel a little more pleasant. Thank you all!
