DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! They are notoriously known for not training their employees and hiring just anybody. I recently came in to get store credit. I brought my laptop with all the original accessories, including the box. The lady assisting me needed the serial number, which was on the box and the bottom of the laptop. I told her twice, but she ignored me and made me wait 40 minutes while she tried to set up the laptop to get the serial number 🤦🏽‍♂️. Even her colleague came over and said, “You don’t have to do all that; it’s underneath the laptop.” This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this.

My order was wrong, when I finally got my order my companion was finished eating. Fries were cold on both orders.
Burgers were good. Waitress was pleasant, apologetic for error and attentive, anyone can make a mistake.
Also hand sanitizer empty at entrance!
Unacceptable with RSV and covid still around.

I had turned my iPhone XR into a brick trying to roll back a beta update. Nothing worked.

I went into this store on a Saturday afternoon thinking I'd have to buy a new phone. I was asked to sit down and they flashed my phone while I waited and I left with phone. Fixed and fully functional. No charge and no upsell. Fantastic ! Thank You.

POINTLESS TO COME HERE FOR ANY ISSUES
My iphone kept restarting every 2 minutes. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. The guy took one look at my phone and saw the small crack on the back of the screen that had been there for months. He stated the only thing he could do was charge me over $650 to replace the back of the phone screen even though my phone restarting had nothing to do with the back of the screen being cracked. He didn't even look through anything else. Don't waste your time because they'll just try to replace your phone at an up charge without actually running any diagnostics or even looking at anything.

I’ve always known that the Apple Store has bad customer service—unless you’re there to buy a new product, in which case they’ll suddenly be nice to you. But this time, it was different. The security staff looks at you like you’re about to steal something. Everyone working there seems to rely on a technique called "profiling." The "salesman" acts as if they invented Apple themselves. Just like their founding founder, they can’t code but love to talk about how to change the world.

As much as I love their products, you’re better off buying them online. The products speak for themselves; it doesn’t take a genius to figure them out.

I bought 2 iPhone 16s. Ser up an appointment for 10:15 to 10:30. No one showed to help me. 15 minutes later a manager showed up , said she was sorry and then walked away.

Worst Apple Store ever, I went in there for a walk in this past SATURDAY OCTOBER 19 during my little vacation, mind you I’m from Los Angeles my phone factor reset and it stayed frozen which I didn’t understand yet my iPhone is the 16 pro which it just came out!! All the representatives there were rude ignoring me felt discriminated because of my sexuality! Also they kept telling me they couldn’t see me till 3pm since I didn’t have an appointment which it was alright with me, when it got time for someone to help me out I asked them for their manager name which her name was MARIA she was very rude! Then I spoke to their District Manager Phil, which he was even more rude, I told the representative I was going to file a report complaint on both of those managers when the representative heard that he literally was like I’ll be back I need to see what options we can give you when he came back I guess he went to go tell his managers about what I said then he refused to service me!! I waited 3 hours for nothing! Don’t come waste your time here rude people they only help people that are buying because they care about their commission money!! Also when I arrived a representative name Kevin was helping me but when he saw I wasted buying. Anything he decided to walk away from me and said ima take care of people who are buying!!!
