I cannot thank Chris Aldrich and his staff enough for navigating the rough waters involved with filing an insurance claim for me. A very large tree came down on my house and deck causing severe damage to the deck, and house. Chris took the the reigns and was able to work with the insurance company to come to a reasonable settlement of my claim. I would number one recommend not dealing with the insurance company alone. And Secondly, recommend the service of Andrew Knox Company to assist you in your insurance claim. Thank you again, Chris Aldrich.

We worked with Jim Pissott from Andrew Knox, and he made the process of filing a claim, relocating us to a rental house, educating us on what our rights were as home owners, accessing the damage of our house after our house fire very seamless. We hired Jim the morning after the fire and he was able to handle every step of the way for us in the most professional and compassionate way possible. Jim was honest about every step of the process, communicated often and was reliable. Thanks to their relentless work we were able to move back into our home after our fire exactly 1 year after it happened, which is an incredible timeline after having to rebuild. I would like to take the time to share my appreciation for James Pissott and Andrew K Knox and Company for helping my family through a frustrating time in our home. My wife and I had just finished updating our kitchen ( floor, appliances, paint and cabinet resurfacing) when we discovered a leak in our kitchen wall behind the counter. Apparently, the drain pipe behind the wall had about an 1/8th inch hole in it and had been leaking for some time. I called Jim and je was there within a few hours. Upon assessing everything, he had the remediation team scheduled and calls we being made to my insurance company on my behalf. We didnt have to do anything. Jim was there every step of the way and answered every call, text and email promptly and professionally. His expertise and knowledge with insurance claims made the whole process go seamlessly. We are greatlful that Jim took the time and made the commitment to us to help us get back to whole with all the repairs. My wife and I are extremely happy we made the call. Thank you Jim.

Highly recommended Andrew K Knox if you’re in need of an Adjuster. Sure hope you never do!! Had a house fire Mar 21,2023. All was lost, only had the clothes on my back and a 17 yr old dog. Jim assisted with housing to start even for the hotel. Not too many people want an animal in their homes. He was always on call if I needed any questions or concerns. The company handled housing, all paperwork with the insurance company and the inspector going over everything in the home. Jim went above and beyond for my concerns. And the staff is Great also. Knowledgeable and Caring to all. Yes, I would recommend this Co. Thank You again!

After a storm swept through the area I was left with a great deal of water damage. A previous experience with an insurance company left me wanting an advocate who would fight on my behalf to not just fix some damage but to help me become whole again, as the house was before the storm.
I contacted Andrew Knox and Company where they assigned James Pissott to my claim. From the very start he was on the details, handled all the communication, was tenacious and regardless of how much time passed, assertive, though highly professional with my insurance company.
He would not settle, would not walk away, or try to have me accept less …..His knowledge of Insurance law, construction, and sense of fairness were incredible!
