I was impressed with AFC Whitesburg. The staff are friendly and efficient. My wait was short, even though I walked in. I used their app to sign in. The doctor was professional and attentive to my situation. I am doing better. I recommend.

Came in to have a physical done for the Huntsville school system. The doctor didn’t even come close to filling in the form correctly (left three spots blank) and when I took it back, she circled it like a child. Completely unprofessional. Completely immature. Front desk hung up when I tried to complain.

Busy. Excellent care. Friendly staff. Fluid teamwork. Already feeling better.

They just happened to be slammed when I arrived in the afternoon, said they didn’t have any patients in the morning. It took a while but the nurse was very nice and understanding. The provider was friendly and down to earth. Really felt like they wanted to help each patient with quality care. After the shot in office and the meds prescribed I’m already feeling better the second day.

Worst experience I've ever had in doctors office. I waited in the lobby for over an hour waiting to see the doctor, "only 2 patients ahead of me. When I finally got a room, I waited an additional 45 minutes before the nurse came to my room. She was in the room less than a minute, asked me a couple of questions, she told me she wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. I told her I've been caring a high fever off and on for 3 days, and asked if I could have a doctor's note for work for "two days " the rest of the week. She told me No! She couldn't do that, but she would give one day. She was not even polite,just very careless. Me or family will never go back to that location

Took my wife to this urgent care because we are self employed and without insurance, we checked online tobsee if they would be able to help. They would be able to get us antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. It was $175 copay for them to say we should go to the hospital, and they wouldn't prescribe anything as it may deter us from going to the hospital. Thanks for robbing us when we already can't afford to come.

I came in with pain complaint. I got treated very poorly by the nurse practitioner Daphne Berry. She did not have the inclination to even treat as a patient. Instead I got sat outside in a wheelchair and told to wait for the ambulance outside. I have a serious condition and I was treated as if I was a liar I’m disappointed in my visit today. I will not recommend nor return to this office.

Visit from out of town and came down with a nasty didn't know what it was but suspected upper respiratory infection. After a few days got somewhat better but I wanted to get rid of whatever I had. I called to make sure I could be seen. No problem. The check in was simple doing it on the phone. The place was busy but moved along rapidly. The tests proved me half right I also had Covid, via some confusion but was verified. The staff is very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I was visiting from Dallas for the holidays. I started not feeling well—congestion, cough—we all know the drill. So I asked my family where I could see a doctor, and American Family Care was the unanimous “go-to.” So, I followed their advice, and the entire experience lived up to the referral ++. EVERYONE was very caring, professional, thorough, and practical. I am so fortunate that 24 hours later, I am on a flight back home, feeling 100% better, very relieved, and getting ready to carry on. AFC was a godsend. Thank you guys- very blessed.
