This review is LONG overdue for such a great company and its people. Amazing Technology was there for me after I made a mistake with my BIOS update. Not only did they send a knowledgeable technician, they were able to assist me in replacing a component that was under warranty. Every employee that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and most of all, helpful in helping me understand what was going on. Communication and turn around time was very acceptable if not speedy. I feel that their cost was Well worth the service provided. I've already used their expertise twice! Thank You!

Amazing service JJ saved my computer and helped me find a solution. Had I went somewhere else they went have turned me away after the first problem. Affordable service with quality he gave me updates during the process super professional. I will be coming back for future repairs. Amazing Technology were great to work with. They built me a desktop computer to my specifications and when there were initially some issues with the new computer, they spent hours on the phone with me to hunt down and correct them.
Their staff members were courteous and fun as well as knowledgeable and I will keep them in mind when I need a new laptop built!

I have to say that these guys were really helpful. Me not knowing much about computers at the time. They really helped me to understand what components would work for my budget. They also gave me comparisons against other parts and explained to me why others were better. My Tower was built in a timely matter and it runs great.
