I really appreciate how patient Kristen was with me. I have a terrible memory and know I asked the same questions numerous times and couldn't make up my mind. Also, I'm not computer savvy so she explained all the different options,sizes and quality to me and even went out of her way to email examples to me. She was just so sweet and thoughtful! It turned out amazing, better than I thought it could have, my husband loved it! It was also packaged very well.
