I dropped my phone off due to the screen not coming on. It took them several weeks to fix it. Understandable right. Picked my phone up after paying almost $200. Got home tried to log into my iPhone and couldn’t . Contacted Ally at which they said I need to contact Apple due to a iCloud issue. Called Apple, after several days and multiple calls we finally figured out the problem. Ally gave me someone else’s phone! Both IMEI numbers were wrong and the reason I couldn’t get into my phone is cause it was reported stolen cause it WASNT my phone. They also never put my SIM card back into my phone. Still don’t have that. I called ally IT and told them that I had someone else’s phone and “Cody” preceded to be rude , cut me off and told me there’s no way he basically made that mistake. He offered me to drop the phone back off so he could look at it. I called 3 days later and the guy on the phone said I had to take it to Apple they couldn’t do anything and offered me a refund. Then later that day I got a call from Cody stating he “fixed” it. Apparently they replaced another part and cost me a extra $37. I picked my phone up , everything seemed to be working as normal. 2 hours later, phone went black and won’t turn on . The same reason I took it to the store in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you can avoid them do it. Their customer service is poor and they are very rude.

They are very polite and friendly but just know if you take your stuff to them and they are not able to fix it you still get charged a fee for them just checking to see if they can.

Dropped off my apple computer. After two weeks nothing was done. Called to check on it. Mike was very rude. Said he had to go to Batesville and he also lost one employee. That's business! He was unwilling to work past 5 pm to get the work done, so he never started on my computer. I went down and picked it up and took it to PC Doc. They had also heard many complaints about AllyIT. PC Doc is putting a faster hard drive in it for much less money. Never go to AllyIT unless you like to be treated rude and overcharged.

by far the worst experience I've ever had. I took my iPhone into the paragould location for a simple screen replacement. The work was "done" I paid and I left. The same day, my phone stopped vibrating then the screen went black. The screen wasn't in correctly so the tech "fixed" it again. Before I even made it out of the parking lot I noticed my phone was lagging and seemed to be less responsive than normal to touch. I contacted the Jonesboro location in hopes that maybe a technician at that location would have better luck than the one in paragould. Once again my phone was "fixed". I checked it before I left the store and everything seemed fine, but 45 minutes later after I had made it home the ear piece speaker started crakling and popping. Now, 1 month after I paid to have it fixed, my camera doesn't work, my ear piece speaker doesn't work, my phone doesn't vibrate, and the screen is not as responsive as it should be. I finally got sick of dealing with the techs so I reached out to the owner (Gerrard Conners) and set up a time to come to jonesboro and see what we were going to do about getting my phone fixed. I drove 45 minutes to his store and when I got there the person at the desk informed me that he was in Memphis. I left a note with instructions to call me ASAP but I was never contacted. When I called Mr. Conners again to figure out if they were even going to fix my phone he proceeded to cuss me like a dog, tell me how ignorant I was, that he wasn't concerned with fixing my phone because he is a "successful business owner) and then said "Why don't you come back in here and we will see how big you really are." A threat in plain english right? A police report has been filed in regards to the threat. If a zero star rating was possible, this company would get it. Unless you just like wasting money and being threatened I recommend using another company.

I dropped off my phone the first week of December to have the charging port replaced. I have called several times and they keep telling me it isn't ready yet. I am just about at my limit at being nice...
