Man! It is hard to overstate what a phenomenal experience Pat and Jose facilitated with our Allo onboarding. My wife and I moved to Ft Morgan and had taken all the necessary steps to set up a different ISP so I could jump right on my work-from-home grind. As seems to always be the case there were problems, complications, and issues with the other provider and they told us the soonest we would have internet would be at the end of the week. As a full time, full remote employee this would have amounted to a week long unplanned vacation, which could have resulted in an indeterminately long unemployment. We called Allo, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance they could help. Well big shoutout to Jose and Pat because they OWNED the problem and the solution until it was done. There were some legitimate complications that SHOULD have required at least a day or two of extra work, but they just found time in their day to make finding our solution their problem and now I am writing this review on Allo internet approx. 5 hours after our initial phone call. They realized our install could not wait and they acted accordingly. Truly 10/10 customer experience. Phenomenally grateful. Also, Jose killed a massive black widow outside my front door, so these guys were life savers in more ways than one. If you're in Ft Morgan and looking at different ISPs this is the one to pick.

I got ALLO in early 2020, and I have no regrets at all. Aside from the great speed and fact that it hasn't gone down for anything other than scheduled maintenance since then, they even upgraded my connection speed from 300 to half gig for free and swapped out my router for a newer model at no charge. (Said newer model has an app that gives total control of every device and a map to view what is connected. Nice.)
Reasonably priced (same as I was paying for 10 M DSL, pretty much,) fast speeds up and down, completely reliable... good stuff.

The internet worked fine. The router had a pretty low range or a weak signal. They wouldn't put my hookup where I wanted it. When I canceled my service I was told to wait for the bill in the mail to pay it. The bill came in the mail and there was a penalty for late payment. I feel like I was scammed for more money.

Allo is the most honest company I have ever went through for internet and cable. You can actually believe what they are telling you unlike some other companies. I was going to go through Spectrum because I thought that additionally they had better prices but the customer service representative lied to me and told information that wasn't true. So I decided to go back with Allo and just pay the extra money. I noticed my internet stopped working a few days ago. So I called Allo to see if they can come fix it. It's Saturday by the way a very honest and morally correct technician came out his name is Brendon. He went to see why and found that SPECTRUM HAD CUT MY ALLO WIRES!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT. Spectrum might have better prices but I would rather pay ALLO the extra money for being honest, reliable, and have excellent morals as in over all company. Sometimes it is absolutely about the quality of a company. Don't sign up with a shady lying deceitful company like spectrum! I will be a lifelong customer of ALLO for the integrity they hold as a company!

ALLO provides excellent Wi-Fi and programming options at an excellent price. I would have rated 5 except when I added on programming , customer service didn’t tell me that the price only applied to the first 3 months. Other than that they’ve been great.

I have had excellent service with ALLO. Much better than my previous service provider. I’ve had very few problems, and they have been of my own doing, sorry to admit. Both phone customer service and those that have been to my home are very understanding, polite, knowledgeable and caring. I recommend ALLO to any and everyone where service is available.
