This company wasn't even able to do a correct elevation certificate, promised me to get me a LOMA approved from FEMA. Didn't even contact me when they found out they had to redo the certificate (I had to call them) requested a partial refund and now they won't answer me. Said they would check into and - Nothing. DON'T Hire them!
