My husband and I have been going to All About Smiles for many years now. There's no one I trust more to take care of my pearly whites. The entire staff is nothing but friendly, informative, extremely competent in their field and gentle with every procedure. It's a far cry from the fear I had as a child of going to the dentist. I actually look forward to sitting in the chair and getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months. The parting gifts aren't bad either. 🪥😁

I would not recommend. Staff are not welcoming and makes you feel terrible if you have cavities or need dental work. I made the staff aware of my dental fears and they seemed not to care, just another patient and another $. I had so many dental x-rays taken ( almost 45 minutes long) that the hygienist thought she would be able to do my cleaning. I have been to many dentist over the year and never heard of such a thing?!The dentist was very kind and wonderful, it’s the other staff. Communication regarding the plan for my dental work was not discussed in detail. The discussion the staff had is that I need braces ( thank you, I have know that since i was 8 years old) and all of the work that I will need in the future. Let’s just say if you are looking for a calming environment due to dental fears go elsewhere because here you are just a dollar sign to the staff. My suggestion is to hire front desk and dental assistants/ hygienist that have are patient focused and caring. The staff may need some additional training on communication as well. I had a friend that just had the same experience about a week ago. Great dentist ! But, let’s just say I won’t be returning.

All About Smiles is a dental practice that works to get to know their patients so that there is clear communication between the patient, the office, and the dentist. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and modern. All dental equipment is state of the art. Dr. Van Liew and her entire staff are professional, respectful, and conscientious. I can trust that I’m receiving the best care here. Had crowns replaced at another dentist in town and was extremely disappointed in the work. A friend mentioned to go see All About Smiles Dentistry to have them fixed. From my first appointment I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. The entire staff was understanding with my concerns. My crowns have been replaced and my teeth whitened. Fantastic dentist and staff. My whole family goes there and every experience has been exceptional. Some of us needed specialty care and Dr. Van Liew recommended both an endodontist and periodontist that were also exceptional. What impressed me is the coordination between Dr Van Liew's office and the specialists needed. I can't say enough good things about All About Smiles. The entire staff is the BEST!!!!
