I’ve been coming to this store for a couple of months now and they’ve always been very good at fixing my phone.
This time I had issues with my pro max and I took it for a screen repair.
I went on Saturday got it fixed and then this happened.
The screen was acting up, I couldn’t text, call and then it turned all those colors.
Called Sunday went in and they told me it had a internal crack plus that a part wasn’t changed at the time that the tech fixed it.
Now Monday my phone still doesn’t work I called to find a solution for this and ask for a refund but the rep was more upset over the fact that I went elsewhere to get a second opinion. This new guy told me that it had the cheapest part which was causing the delays and cheap quality of pictures, etc.

The rep told me that I had to return the screen so I can get a full refund which would cost me more to drive there to do this then him being polite and professional to provide me with a refund over the phone.

The funny part is when they removed the old screen the tech said it will crack and wouldn’t be able to put it back but now this tech is saying he needs it back and he will replace it with the old one? How does this make sense?

Then he says the part was $189 when that’s the price he charge me for the screen and service but yet when I checked online it shows the part been super low quality and at $89 dollars.

Don’t understand the point of lying but I’d this is how customer service is and the quality of work then I’ll rather go elsewhere.

Please don’t waste your time or money here trust me you’ll regret it!!

i brought in my iphone xr with a cracked screen. the price is cheap and the service is good, but they use very cheap parts to fix the phone, and the typing on my phone is really delayed and messed up. save yourself some trouble and spend some more money on a good quality screen repair.

I had my cracked iPhone screen replaced by Airtech on 1/10/23. Great price, great service and all done within half an hour with a smile by Shaadi at the store. Will be back again if I need any other service.

I happened to be passing by and stopped in to see if my shattered cell phone screen could be saved. Alas, it was beyond repair but a helpful employee named JR mentioned a solution that would be financially beneficial to me and make me happy! Customer service was great, great haggle deals were offered as well as discounts on additional items that would protect my phone, and the overall experience was awesome. It's only a shame that the store is so tucked away in the back of the mall because with the great experience I had, I'm sure they'd get a lot of foot traffic if it was located in a more populated part of the mall. Great store

Shadi is the general manager and took very good care of me. I highly recommend his company to fix your phone. I broke my pixel 4 over a year ago and finally had the funds to fix it. Called 3 other places first that quoted me 300 plus to replace the front screen. Soon as I spoke with shadi he told me less than half from the other places. Dropped my phone off and was told it would take 4 days. Received a call the following day it was already finished. Picked it up in perfect condition and it was good to go.
Don't look for other phone repair companies to overcharge you when you can go see shadi for a great experience and a great price. He will take good care of you. Thank you!

Was told this was a good place for phone repair. It took a few days for a front screen replacement on a Samsung A12. The staff was friendly.

However, the repair was merely adequate as the new replacement screen had a noticable dead spot on the front of the screen. And now, despite a Otterbox Commuter case surrounding the case, a waist high drop caused the new screen to shatter, as if the glass used was not of the same quality as the OEM.

That was very dissapointing for an $85 charge for a supposedly new replacement screen and a repair that cost several days rather than a 2 day promised turnaround.

This is a honest real review, I had searched and looked at everyones reviews on many places. After debating on this place, I am very happy I went here. They were very professional and honest, definitely cheapest around and not substituting quality. My phone was trashed, none of the buttons worked, Yonni the gentleman that helped me got my phone fixed and perfect under 20 minutes as there was two people working, so it did not take as long as other places, where if there is only one, it could take a loooot longer. They also have a wide variety of phone accessories, I would definitely try this place If I were you. Will becoming back if needed and recommending to friends and family.
