My sales person Tyler Ivy, and the sales manager Steve of Airpark Ram helped me tremendously. Not only they have the best deal in town, and pay me the most for my trade in. They are willing for really be in my budget and finding me a Ram 1500. This is truly amazing dealer.

They treated us with respect and wasn’t in anyway of pushy. They work with us from the start to finish. Would definitely recommend and they have gain a repeat customer for sure.

Let me start by saying I have purchased 3 trucks from this dealership. The first two went perfectly. This last one, just last weekend didn’t go so well. I traded my 2018 2500 in on a 2022 3500 the deal its self was good I felt like we both got what we wanted. So what happened next is why they now get a 2 star review. During negotiations the salesman tells me, “ we put all our cars through a 2500.00 dollar service and safety inspection in the service department.” I’m like ,”so all the filters and fluids ie. Oil, air and fuel are changed?” Salesman say,” yes “, And again I ask this same question to the financial guy his response was the same, “yes all vehicles go through the shop”. So I trusted them because the other two trucks I had purchased from them were meticulously detailed and all the filters and fluids were change. So I leave the dealership confident thinking I’m good to go for a few thousand miles. The next morning I go out to do my usual once over of the vehicle, like I do every time I get a new one. And to my surprise nothing had been done to this truck other than they washed it. The oil was black and sooty, oil filter was old looked like it had been on there for a while, the air filter was full of dirt and leaves and bugs, there was no washer fluid, the fuel filters were nasty dirty, all the tires were low and had different pressures, and it wouldn’t start because both the batteries were no good. Thank goodness the batteries are covered under the factory warranty. And as far as safety inspection BS, once I got the truck on the road I noticed it pulled to the right so I take it to my local dodge ram dealer for an alignment, they tell me both upper and lower ball joints are bad, luckily those were covered under the factory warranty as well. I don’t know what happened to this dealership if it’s a new General Manager that doesn’t give two sh*ts or if the sales manger does care or if the shop manager doesn’t care or are they just doing it purposely to save money. Idk but if they are doing this to their own inventory, what are they doing to customers vehicles that come through the shop. And the part that is really disturbing is that both the fuel filter life and oil filter life monitors were reset showing 100% life. The old General Manager wouldn’t have ever allowed this vehicle to leave the lot or that to happen in the service department. When I tried to get satisfaction they told me I could drive back to Scottsdale a 6 hr round trip, I offered them to send me either the parts to do the work my self or just reimburse me the 216.00 dollars I spent on new filters and fluids, the salesman and sales managers response was no we’re not doing that . When I sent them the attached pictures they ghosted me. No further communication. So take a look at what they claim they did in the shop. I have attached pictures of my experience. New filters compared to what came out that they claim they changed. I was also asked to share this with the new general manager, which I did , no response from them either. Real class act going on there.

We have never had a great experience purchasing a vehicle until we came to Airpark, and met with Santiago. My wife and I have very opposite schedules and it is very hard to visit a dealership at the same time. Santiago helped make the search and purchase process very easy and accommodating to both my wife and I. Honesty, the willingness to go above and beyond, and earning our trust is why we will absolutely work with Santiago again in the future

Great team here. They will not bs you, and will try to get the best offer they possibly can for you for whatever vehicle you’re purchasing. Didn’t think I’d find my dream vehicle here in the lot and it had all the bells and whistles for very low mileage and decent pricing. Julian has been a great help and their Finance Manager has been awesome, providing me the best deal with 100% full warranty and more on my vehicle for less than what I had on my last vehicle with that warranty. Highly recommend this team for what you’re trying to get.

If you want to get a vehicle from them, be aware of they will ask you to cancel the signed contract with full payment if they feel they don’t earn enough from you. We made a deal to trade in my current vehicle to get a truck on Nov 5 afternoon, I was ready to pay in full and drive the truck to home . but the time was after 7pm , the sales told me the truck can’t be ready and ask me to get the truck next day. They asked me to signed most of the paperwork except the trade in need my wife to sign and made me paid 8k for deposit. They also taken the trade-in vehicle’s title and one key and give another key for me to drive to home. On Nov 6, i brought my wife me signed the left contract and paid the remaining amount with credit card and a check ,then left the key of the trade-in to them and taken my new truck to home . I was thought this is done for the purchase and I can enjoy my new truck, but on Nov 7 , I received a message from them ask me to return to the store for some documents missing need to resign, when I arrived , there is someone came to me said they made some mistake to sold the vehicle with a price can cause 5k loss of them, they are going to cancel the contract and want me return the truck back. I was shocked with this. How can they cancel the contract unilaterally just because they feel that they can’t earn enough money from a customer ? I have cancelled the issuance for my trade-in and bought a new policy of the truck. The sold notice of the trade-in already sent. I have booked and ordered a few upgrade items for the new truck. They just touch the lips ask me to return the truck and said the contract is void. This is totally ridiculous, are they going to pay back their customers when paid to them too much? Today is Dec 21 , the temporary license plate come with the truck already expired, I still didn’t got my license plate delivered to me and there is no one in their team offer me a solution. I have called them a few times tell them the temporary license plate going to be expired and when I can expect the permanent one . They just ask me to wait ..

I changed the 2-star rating to a 4-star rating after my salesperson, Isaiah, jumped on this issue for me yesterday (12/28). He managed to get the accounting team to process the pay-off on the Subaru (and I even confirmed that the payoff zeroed-out my account this morning). And he also prompted the Finance team to forward my signed paperwork to me via email as I was told would happen a couple of weeks ago. So, THANK YOU, Isaiah.

Thank you to everyone involved for the great follow-up yesterday.

In the meantime, I love my new Wrangler Sahara. It is so comfortable and roomy, and so very fun to drive.

__________________________________________
I shopped for several months for a new vehicle and finally decided on a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Over the course of those few months, I visited several Jeep dealerships in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas as I wanted a Sahara with the one-touch roof, and they were difficult to find.

I finally decided on trying to deal with Airpark Jeep based mostly on their reviews. As with a lot of dealerships and car salespeople, they are very prompt at responding to texts and phone calls while you're in the market for a vehicle. I ended-up purchasing 2 weeks ago, and now that I have questions and concerns, I can't get my salesperson to return a call, and the one person I reached in Finance said he couldn't help me.

Like I mentioned, it's been 2 weeks since I purchased the Wrangler. I traded-in a newer Subaru for the Jeep. And they agreed to pay-off my balance owed on the Subaru as part of the transaction (I had some decent equity in the car so I wasn't upside, down).

So today I get a notice that my Subaru car payment is late. What? And in fact when I called the Finance company I used for my Subaru, they said they haven't even heard from Airpark regarding the payoff. What

I then called Airpark and spoke to someone in the Finance / Accounting group, and he said he couldn't help me but would let my salesperson (Isaiah) know and have him call me back. I still had an old text from Isaiah so I also texted him to let him know my concern. It has been crickets. Not a word even acknowledging my text.

It's frustrating on multiple levels, but I have a good friend who is now looking for a new Gladiator. I so wanted to be able to send her to Airpark, but have since told her to stay as far away from them as possible. So she is looking at other Phoenix Jeep dealerships to make her purchase.

During my purchase, I met the general manager, and had high hopes that this dealership would be one of integrity. But now am disappointed in knowing that the customer only matters for the sale and nothing beyond. What ever happened to a person being able to develop a relationship with one particular dealership?

I highly recommend you find a dealership you can deal with long-term and who treats you with respect, and that would not be Airpark Jeep.

I brought a 2023 Ram Promaster into the Service Department for several things while it's still under warranty. My company purchased 50 of these in late 2022, all the way to May of 2024. Most of them have had issues with electrical, brakes, and driveability issues. Mine, that has 34K on it, has several issues that I brought it here to try and get it taken care of. It's almost out of warranty, and another Dealership didn't get it fixed. I need this for work, so at my bosses direction, I brought it here.
I was driving on the freeway one evening at 65 MPH,and it went into limp mode, and lost all power. I was almost hit multiple times trying to get off the road.
Airpark said there were no codes stored, even though every light was on the dash.
They called me saying everything was fine, but the wiring for the UCONNECT had been altered. They wanted to charge me for the repairs, and I did decline as it would have been done by Bill Luke. I got the truck back absolutely filthy, the code for the UCONNECT on, and it runs like crap driving home. I'm going to contact Stellantis directly now, this is beyond unacceptable. We spend HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars for our fleet, with nothing but problems.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about working with Julian and Stevie on leasing a new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I came in late on a Tuesday night, they were clear and transparent about pricing and process from the get go, and stayed late after hours to work with me on getting a deal done. They listened to what I needed in the deal and found a creative solution that got me exactly where I wanted to be. Literally the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and can’t recommend them enough!
