Advanced Environmental Consulting does it all! I recently bought a home and hired out AEC to do mold, lead, and asbestos testing to make sure my future home had a good bill of health. Unfortunately the home did have asbestos and lead but they were able to send us a great abatement contractor to take care of the problem. Their report was easy to follow and everything they did was clear and concise. Seth did a great job of communicating everything. I absolutely would recommend them, and I know my family will use them on their home purchases in the future.

Super professional and fast. Came out right away tested our house for mold after some plumbing issues. Had results the next day so we could take action right away. They were very helpful and took time to listen and respond to our concerns.

If you need an industrial hygienist definitely call them.

AEC came out to one of our rental properties when a tenant was complaining about mold. Seth was very professional and went through the entire unit with a moisture meter and even an infrared camera. He even took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions.

AEC ran air samples and isolated the problem. I've got to say, I never would have guessed there was mold where they found it, but it was corrected, and now my tenant is happy again.

Contacted AEC to test one of the homes we're remodeling for lead and asbestos. They were able to give lead results onsite and then asbestos in a timely manner. We will use them again on our next project. Ask to speak with Mike or Seth. Both know their stuff and are nice people to BS with
