ACT has made my life so much easier and stress free. First of all, if you don't have an IT company - YOU NEED ONE! Being able to call at any time for any issue and knowing it will be handled right away, with help never more than a call away, gives peace of mind. ACT tries to remote in and fix problems as much as possible, and if needed, will send a tech on-site, almost 99% of the time the same day, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. They go out of their way to make sure problems or issues are resolved without delay. I would recommend ACT to everyone!
