I have had years of experience in Real Estate sales and worked for several different Realty offices
in North Jersey, with many different Realtors, but my wife and I just very recently had our home
in Toms River, NJ sold by Joann Petrizzo, Broker/Agent of ADK Realty and Consulting Services,
Rt 37 in Toms River.
Joann is, in my opinion, the hardest working, most knowledgeable Real Estate Professionals I have ever personally known and she sets her high standards and example for her
office and all the other Realtors under her leadership.
Joann left no stone unturned in going above and beyond in every detail possible to get my home
sold at the highest price.
Joann kept in constant touch with us througout the marketing process and she was always just
a phone call away, day or night, to discuss any questions we had. She also personally did some
“extras” such as spot checking my home on occasion to make sure all the utilities were functioning as we had already moved 75 miles away right after listing.
Joann even did a walk through the dayof the closing before the buyer just to double check all
was in order, and then called us to report all was well.
My wife and I have sold three of our previous homes before this recent home sale and I can state
without exaggeration that Joann Petrizzo is the finest Real Estate professional I have ever seen.

Worst experience ever...Agent Lisa Carduci is the most arrogant, rude Agent we ever dealt with. She lied on the listing, showed up unexpected at the home inspection and wouldn't leave when asked, then on closing day on walk through she showed up again wouldn't leave when asked, got In a confrontation with our Agent and myself and wouldn't leave the property. Then wouldn't give us the keys, garage door openers & code for garage. DO NOT USE HER. I complained to her boss....but yet she still works there!!!
If we hadn't investing money into this purchase already...we would have walked away!!!!
