The technician, Torey, did a fantastic job clearing out my clogged mainline pipe. I consulted several pool companies which estimated $1,500-3,000. Torey fixed it with a $185 plus tax. I am so happy that I found this company very reliable and trustworthy.

Beware of this company!!! They don't send bills for services and then Jacki starts incessantly calling for payment. I requested a bill to be sent to make sure the service was indeed completed . I paid the bill and Jacki took it upon herself to find an American Express card I used in the past and paid the bill without my permission. So I paid twice for the same service!! This is a direct violation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau policies!

I was very happy with a heater replacement provided by Acqua pools. Quick response and came when they said they would. Even when I called about a leak that showed up post replacement the owner Tim personally came out that day to see what was wrong and we worked it out. Good service and appear to stand by their work. Recommended.

Acqua Pools installed our pool in 2021 and we couldn't be happier. The installation was fast and professional. They took the time to educated us on how to maintain it and answered all of our questions. The yearly service is reliable and worry free. If there is ever a problem they can solve it. Recently we had an issue with our pool heater right before a weekend-long party. Tim, the service manager, came over super fast, in thier busiest season and had it resolved within an hour. We cannot say enough good things about Troy in the field and Todd in the office as well. It's always a pleasure dealing with them and we highly recommend using Acqua Pools.

Acqua Pools installed my pool in 2013! I've had my fair share of (age related) problems with the pool. I'm continuously impressed that they are able to provide such fast service! A tech is at my house the NEXT day (or same day if possible) to fix the problem. They are professional and very knowledgable! First of all it is Acqua Pools and has been around for 52 years. It is Family owned and deals with all kinds of services and maintenance. Also installs gunite and vinyl pools with no subcontractors for the vinyl division. Highly recommend

Horrible experience. I called to schedule an appointment to service my pool heater. The woman who picked up the phone (Cheryl) said the technician will give me a call. I got a call after a week after me following up 3 times, for the technician to say I will go there as soon as I can. I asked when should I expect him in my house and he said a day or 2. It's been a week and no signs of these company keeping their promises to their customers. They don't have structure or any type of efficient appointment system. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time as you will be disappointed!
