I've been a TitleFusion user for close to a decade. When I opened my own title agency there was no question as to what software I would be using. Beth Spatz introduced me to AccuAir at the last NJLTA convention. As a predominantly commercial title insurance provider I immediately identified the advantages of AccAir's capabilities over the other softwares on the market. Sure, all title software is designed for residential; but none are designed with the specific functionalities to cater to commercial as well as residential....UNTIL NOW!!
I highly recommend that if you are looking to upgrade your software capabilities and have the ability to customize for your businesses needs with excellent scaleability options; then you need to CALL BETH!
Beth has been AMAZING setting up the framework of my program before giving me the keys to the kingdom. She was patient with me while we worked through implementing the customizations that I wanted for my agency. Beth's knowledge of the software is unmatched! She is by far a fabulous representative of the AccuTitle family and their software suites.
