Terrible company, I gave them awesome work for 9 months and all they did was lead me on to believe I had a chance at growth and that they actually cared about their employees..(not just the white ones..). Unfortunately it became obvious nothing was going to pan out(started after being lied to about a promotion I was being groomed for, for months, then it became open and they told me it was "no longer needed") was blatant discrimination going on and favoritism being played. They fired half the work force with literally no notice, no email apology or explanation....nothing.....then after that told the people left "you all are safe"....and then proceeded to continue to fire people.. I wouldn't work for or with this company unless you are a white male and if those values don't sound right to you then I wouldn't work with this company at all. You are better off.

Just called today again for different printer having questions for my old printer. Alex explained to me very clearly and kindly, since I am not a computer expert. Still 100 % recommend this place for technical support! Thank you Alex!

This is was 3 years ago.
I had problem with my Epson TM-L90, I contacted them to buy a new one. I spoke with Brandon and explained the problem. He tried to help to configure the problem instead just selling me the new one. The problem is the IP address, not the printer itself.

Worst company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They completely screwed the customer over and did not provide the service that was paid for, going so far as canceling the appointment while still billing. DO NOT work with these people, they are so incredibly unprofessional. Specifically the field services manager Steven Meister, terribly unprofessional and seems to think he is doing the customer a favor by taking their money.
