I am happy with the software, but the customer service is very poor.
It was totally disorganized, different people told me different information.
After being ranked 0 in line, my call was answered and I was told to call back because they meant to pick up the phone to someone on hold.
When I finally purchased an upgrade to the software I had told them to update my email and address, I went through and spelled it out... only to receive a sales order and email to my old address and email.
The girl in customer service repeated my new address and assured me it would get changed. Due to the dreadful earlier experiences and my doubt in the competency of the people I called back 2 hours later to check...
And no surprises, nothing had been updated. So I had to go through the whole thing all over again...hopefully my copy of the program will now ship to the correct place.
When your first line of customer service is this bad, it reflects badly on your company and your products. I hate to give such a damning review, but I think it is deserved.
