I had a wonderful experience with A Plus Business. I found Jesse to be very honest. He was upfront on cost. There was no hard selling. We told him what we needed and that is what he got us. The techs that came to set up the computer were very helpful. They set up everyone's computers and were very helpful with questions.

I was looking for a copier, Jesse came by my office and offered a machine at a price point that I liked. Only I didn't want a desk top machine. I told him what I was looking for, and he asked if he could find something similar for the same price if I would buy it. He came back with a different machine, roughly double the price point I originally asked for, and then he argues with me about how I made him do work to look for this machine and was upset I wasn't going to buy from him. I didn't appriciate the guilt trip, if you want my business you have to sell me something I want, not try to pressure me into something that I don't.

I would recommend going somewhere else, this is not an experience I want again, I won't even bother calling for a quote next time. I'd skip this company all together.
