Today I received excellent over-the-phone troubleshooting service from Eddie. I was afraid I would have to schedule a service appointment for 7-10 days to figure out why one of our TVs stopped loading all our apps but Eddie walked me through every step to getting them back. He has always been our go-to person at e4: patient, kind, professional, respectful and responsive! A huge asset to the company. Thank you!

George was amazing! He patiently explained all the answers to my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and he thoroughly inspected all of our equipment. He even showed us how to use the app for E4 and kindly shared the instruction cheat sheet for the security key pad. I would also like to add that Eddie from technical was super helpful when I called in yesterday about my alarm going off. E4 is great!

David was great! He arrived on time and even finished right on time. He even went out of his way to show me how to connect and setup devices that he didn't need to helo with. He was prepared for when I didn't have a router or network switch available too. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Our system went down after other construction workers were here and e4 went above and beyond in getting a technician to our place when the original technician called in sick. Our technician, George, got the system up and running and now all is well. We are more than pleased with how pleasant they were to work with when they were short handed.
